Your pictures and your words are a joy to see & read every day. So thank you! :-)

Second, I have a silly question to ask. Let me 'splain - I live in Orange County, California. I've lived in (or fairly near to)coastal Southern California my entire life. My only experience with snow has been driving to it and then leaving after a short while. As such, I have to ask - how do you clear poor George of the snow balls? Do you wait for them to melt or do they have to actually be removed in some way? Please pardon my ignorance but I love your dog (I'm a fan of his on Facebook) and am incredibly curious.

Thank you from one of your snow ignorant readers. :-)Lilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14602338180461597574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4296284051502496327.post-15050970402526748102010-02-08T14:51:38.782-05:002010-02-08T14:51:38.782-05:00The storm will be heading our way, but at least we...The storm will be heading our way, but at least we know it is coming.
Make website india sanjeethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04043304632873778108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4296284051502496327.post-61945267596468259982010-02-08T12:39:06.413-05:002010-02-08T12:39:06.413-05:00I want to scratch George's belly wellie!!!I want to scratch George's belly wellie!!!The JRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10860982258621823529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4296284051502496327.post-85474768770769114692010-02-07T13:31:57.363-05:002010-02-07T13:31:57.363-05:00I would enjoy the snow if I didn't have to ven...I would enjoy the snow if I didn't have to venture out and had wonderful scenery. ;)

We had a springer spaniel who loved the snow too. For the sake of themselves and the National Guard, everyone should stay home and cook, bake, eat, read, etc. We almost had snow in December and I mentioned that when it snowed when our children were little, I would bake homemade yeast cinnamon rolls. One of our 32 yr old daughters wondered (facetiously)why she didn't remember that! :)

GillLink in southwest LouisianaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4296284051502496327.post-65636490400356934422010-02-06T20:27:53.389-05:002010-02-06T20:27:53.389-05:00We love a good deep snow - for a while. That last photo of George, well that just reminds me of last winter here with our 4 foot snow drifts, and Isla - who adores snow, too! - couldn't get enough. Her belly would look just like that! And she'd also have those snowballs between her TOES! She would just crack-me-up because the toes part really annoyed her, so she'd sit way back on her haunches, hold a back paw up to her snout and YANK them out with such ferocity and kind of SPIT them off to the side...hysterically funny & very very entertaining.

Being snowed in brings a twisted perspective sometimes :>]]Sweetpeahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08000313813136860758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4296284051502496327.post-17200202870973078842010-02-06T14:24:34.066-05:002010-02-06T14:24:34.066-05:00Stay warm, and poor George with the iceballs.. my ...Stay warm, and poor George with the iceballs.. my little mutt has feathers, and I cut them this time of year to avoid it... but she can get away with it.
