We are still in the south and will be heading home this weekend. As far as the blog goes, I’ve had trouble finding time to do anything other than downloading my photos off the camera disk. Posting this week has been sporadic, but I wanted to stop by and give an update to let you know that I’m still here. I hope you haven’t forgotten me.
I did manage to choose a few photos I’ve taken on this trip that I’d like to share with you.
Old doorway, New Orleans.
Trees with Spanish moss line the edge of an inland waterway.
The beautiful Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans. Wow.
Shrimp boat, Biloxi MS. I was humming Teen Angel while working on this photo.
The top of a bottle of Blanton’s.
We’re spending a few quiet days with friends who we’ve known since high school. This will probably be the last post until Sunday evening when we’ll return home.
See you then.
Wonderful shots! Enjoy enjoy enjoy!
