Free storyboard action and template

I loved reading your weekend plans from the previous post. The weatherman is calling for a picture-perfect one here in Maryland and I mean to take advantage of it.

I’ve been having some fun with this free Storyboard download I found over at the Coffee Shop Blog. Have you been there yet? It’s chock full of free actions and presets for PS and PSE and has some great tutorials.

I did these two Storyboards to show you. I should have probably taken more time with them but I was impatient to begin. The storyboard holds five photos.

When you run the action, you’ll begin in the top left hand corner and place photos in a consecutive order, so it’s good to have some idea of placement before you begin. I did the above one quickly, just finding compatible colors in my photo files.

And then I did this fun one for Halloween.

I added a double border and I like how it turned out. I may even have it printed to hang in the school office for the holiday, which is a big deal at our school.

Have a great weekend, my friends and a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in Canada!

Love,

  17. I have yet to figure this action out. I tried it once and couldn't get it to work right. I'll have to give it another shot ... and read the directions ; )

  18. Love these photo collages.. we had a great day in Vermont yesterday, and I saw about 300 awesome photo opportunities, including abandoned farm houses... alas I was with my family who has ZERO patience for stopping so mom can take pictures. Most of mine were on the fly, which is a terrible waste. I almost think I should take the drive today myself just to get all those awesome shots!... *sigh* Beautiful weather this weekend, hope you're having a good one.

  19. My son & his family came in Wednesday & left this morning. Anderson is 20 months old & very active!! Plus the 3 grandkids from here in town were here a lot. So we were very busy!! Just got the house cleaned up & sat down with my computer to "rest"!! Loved having them here & it was a beautiful weekend weather wise.
