Prayers for Sarah

Some things are just weighing heavily on my mind lately, especially after reading a blog that I’ve been visiting for several years.

Sarah at Spruce Hill is a courageous woman who has been fighting breast cancer for some time now. Her latest scan shows that it has entered her brain.

Spruce Hill Blog

She has always been such an upbeat and personable woman who loves her family, her animals, and her life on Spruce Hill.

And her talent as a photographer ain’t too shabby either.

Maybe if we all just stopped what we were doing for a moment and said one prayer for Sarah today, it would make a difference.

“It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.”

  6. I will head to her blog and say a prayer. And what a dear friend she has in you to put out the request! Prayer does make a difference. Not always in the ways we are expecting but it always does. But sometimes it is in the way we expect! And I'll say a prayer for you, too, her friend who cares enough to pray and seek out more prayer.....

  20. I pray there will come a day soon when all the sickness, tears, pain that we experience in life will be gone and there will be nothing but peace and wonderful health. When the lord comes, it will be like that. I pray for Sarah and her family for the lord to lift their spirits and keep them strong in their faith.
