To see the world,
things dangerous to come to,
to see behind walls,
draw closer,
to find each other,
and to feel.
That is the purpose of life.

I haven’t had a lot of words lately; don’t know why. School ended yesterday and, when summer hours begin, this will free up some of my time. Although I’ve been really busy, I haven’t stopped taking pictures, and I’ve had these images sitting in this draft for a couple of weeks. I added the words just now from a quote I found.
Here’s to summertime ~
Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteLike all the photos ... but I really love the frog. Happy summer Kate!
ReplyDeleteYay of for summer! And sometimes we don't need words at all...silence is more divine. xo
ReplyDeleteHappy Summer, Kate! These are beautiful birds and you've captured them just perfectly. I just hung a bird feeder neat my patio and I am enjoying the heck out of watching their antics! It's awe inspiring sometimes as well.

Hey friend! Thanks for sharing, as always. Those words are very poignant somehow.... I will reflect on them as I drift off to sleep to see why they touched a place in my soul.
ReplyDeleteHere's to sunny days and cool breezes (although the latter is unlikely in my neck of the woods.)
I love that frog - I think he is Toad, of Toad Hall - so big and round and puffed up!!
