Snowbound 3

I know what some of you are thinking. You’re thinking to yourself ‘Oh, no! She’s showing more snow!’ And to you I say, run then. Run away.

Yes, I am showing more snow because this is my world and I think it’s beautiful.

I also think it’s wonderful to be able to sleep in and wake up to find all sorts of gorgeous sunrise photos on the camera disk. It’s magically delicious.

I stayed up late last night because sometimes I am a night owl. I was watching the most wonderful movie on HBO about a woman named Temple Grandin. One of my favorite actors, Claire Danes is in the starring role and her performance was mesmerizing. I couldn’t fall asleep afterwards from thinking about this woman who did not let her autism define her.

Needless to say, I woke up hours after my husband.

But I still got to see the sunrise.

He dives through the snow and then comes to a spot where he can rest. You can see the house in the background.

The view from the edge of the property. We can see three bridges from here.

I smiled when I saw this one. Can you see George?

I think it’s going to be a beautiful day.

Oh, and check out this cool video featuring photographer Annie Leibovitz’ recent shoot that focuses on directors and the stars of their films. I found it over at Donna Boucher’s Quiet Life.

Have a beautiful day, all.

All the snow photos have been great (muchly appreciated here where it is 34deg.C at the moment) but I particularly loved the last ones with the sun reflecting off the snow. Just perfect. 23. Beautiful winther pictures. Amazing to see your winter, cause the winter in Norway looks just the same ;-D
This winter however we have never had so little snow. So we do not speak much about it, cause otherwise March will send us piles of snow. And we do not want that !!!

Have a nice upcoming week, I am still trying to adapt to my new life as a housewife. It's hard ... ;-D

Amazing sunrise. I hope George knows just how lucky he is.
