Little darlings

I’m writing this quick post to let you know that I’m still here. My blogging has been pretty lax lately and for that, I apologize.

It’s very early morning and I have a few extra moments to spare before I get ready for work. This weekend was so needed by so many. It was beautiful and the weather was mild. And there was sunshine.

And this is the new sunshine in my family’s life. Baby C was born earlier this month and yesterday I travelled to Philadelphia to meet her and to catch up with family from around the area.

I am Great Aunt Kate.

This is my sister, Charlotte’s, first grandchild and she is over the moon.

My niece, Emily. Sorry Em – for waking you from your nap.

And then I drove over the Betsy Ross Bridge into New Jersey to see this little cutie. Baby M was in town with her mother, Kim, and she was visiting her grandparents (Helen, my husband’s sister, and Bob).

Somebody loves loves loves bathtime!

Ok. Better go or I’ll be late. Hope you all have a wonderful week ~

Oh my.. they are SO beautiful. Your family makes gorgeous kidlets. :)

I can just feel and smell that tender snuggle of C on your chest. And I can practically hear the snuffles.

Emily looks a lot like her Aunt Kate. :)

Gosh--such pretty babies and pretty mommies! I know your sister is indeed over the moon! So glad you included the so good picture of you!(Don't you just love my mish-mash grammar!) You just can't ever go wrong with baby pictures! Glad you're getting around and visiting them all, because the next time you see them, they'll have changed some. Doesn't take but a day or two, and they've grown up and married! Oh..."Hope in a Jar"--I believe you now! Blessings from Sybil!

I don't think you need to apologize for taking bloggy breaks. Of course that doesn't mean much coming from the world's most inconsistent blogger so what do I know?
Love the babies. Get that oxytocin flowing through your veins! Always a good thing.
