Can I tell you something?
All week long I’ve come here, and try as I may to write a post or even choose some photos to share, nothing is forthcoming. I can’t talk, I can’t write, and all my words keep getting in the way of each other.
I’ve decided to stop trying so hard. I simply cannot post every day.
So rather than have the words fighting with each other, here are some photos I took this week to share with you.
I love Sunday breakfast. I’m going to look forward to that this weekend.
And I love my new bowl from {here}.
This one was half-price at the local mall.
I love salsa on my eggs.
Actually pico de gallo is what I prefer, but when I’m out of that, I’ll go with the salsa.
: : :
I am loving Instagram too, especially when I haven’t much to say.
Because all I need to do is upload a photo.
Here are a few that I shared this week.
Taken this Spring at 30th Street Station, Philadelphia.
Taken yesterday evening in Charlestown, Maryland
where I met co-workers for dinner.
My friend, and co-worker, Nancy.
Sometimes, I just want to fly away.
Far far away from my troubles.
Do you feel that way sometimes, too?
: : :
And now, because inquiring minds want to know . . .
some questions for you.

I enjoy how honest and true you are to yourself. Thank you for sharing the pictures! You capture things so perfectly!!
1. Do you remember your favorite subject in school? I loved Math and my least favorite was history. It's kind of ironic that I love history now but I think it's because I'm not reading a dry book about it.
2. What was your favorite book as a child? I had 2 sets of favorite books: Little House on the Prairie and Anne of Green Gables. I still read them both all the way through every few years.
3. When you hear the word ‘summer’, what comes to mind? Sun and water.

1. Science was probably my favorite class in high school or Home Ec...reading in elementary. I hated math in both schools:)
2. Little Women...I probably read it at least 100 times.
3. The beach for sure! Heat and humidity!

5. Until the last two summers I spent every single 4th of July for 59 years celebrating my sister's July 4th birthday with a family cookout involving clam cakes, chowder, lobster, and little necks. Since her death I unhinged and at loose ends on that day no matter what I do. I believe my children pick up on that and try to keep me busy that day... with sailing followed by a lobster and corn dinner cooked at home. No definite plans for this year...
Hi there! Who says we have to blog every day? The blog police won't be coming and knocking on your door!

I even taught Math Methods class to education students at the University!!!!

I don't post every day any more. It's too much pressure and I don't always have anything to say. So, I've taken Thumper's mother's advice and interpret 'nice' as 'interesting': "If you can't say anything nice, don't say nothin' at all."
