One day when we were heading back to our rental cottage in Maine a couple weeks ago, we got behind this vintage vehicle in Maine, so I snapped a few pics.
What we didn’t know was what was in front of it.
It was a long line of vintage cars. How often does this happen?
We followed them north for many miles.

What a hoot! You were in the middle of a car club run. A year ago we were at a blacksmith convention and the hotel was also booked by the "Social Security Car Club" for their 'run'. So cool to see all the 65+ year old cars in the parking lot.

1. What’s your favorite summertime drink? Iced tea mostly. Although I am with Bush Babe, after five I love a drink I learned to make, raspberry something or other over ice -raspberry vodka, chambord, cranberry juice(I use cranraspberry) and a splash of lime juice. Yummy on a hot night.
2. When were you last in Ocean waters? Three weeks ago with a friend in NJ - interestingly enough I only go in thigh deep max (Jaws at too young an age) and a shark washed up a few days after we were there! going back to Ocean City in two weeks! Usually prefer Myrtle beach in SC
3. When did you last attend a sporting event? Hate live Sporting events really. Stick to the Reading Phillies, which for me was probably last summer sometime.

I don't actually recall the last time I was IN ocean waters. I was near ocean waters in November 2008 (Yikes!) when I went to Mexico. Didn't swim in it though. The undertow was too strong.
I'm not a big sporting event fan. So, I suppose, I would have to say Equestrian Jumping at least 2 years ago for $100, Alex. Hmmm....will have to put that in my calendar again before the events are all over for the summer.

1. What’s your favorite summertime drink? Non-alcoholic, unsweetened iced tea. Alcoholic, a freshly-made mojito with mint from the garden.
