Autumn Giveaway Contest Announced!

Time's Up! Winner to be announced soon!

You could win one of 6 prints, sized 8x10. All you have to do is choose one, just one, and write your choice in the comment section. One comment per person, please. I'm going to be pretty busy all weekend, so I decided to leave this post up until Sunday, October 12 at 6PM EST. I will then draw a number and announce the winner, who will have the print sent directly to them via mpix.com. Your photograph will be printed on e-surface paper with a lustre finish. With the exception of the last photo, each of these photographs has appeared on my A Picture A Day photography blog. Please note that I have added the border for effect only. Your print will not have this border (unless you have it framed in this style). To view a larger size of each picture, on the post in which it originally appeared, click on the link under each. As an added bonus, if you pimp this contest on your own site, you get two votes. Just leave me the link in the comment. So get going, get choosing. There is no rush to decide. But remember, the contest closes at 6 PM Sunday!

Golden Glow

I found your blog through Mary at the Little Red House. In reading through one of your old postings, I realized we are not far from each other. I would like to be included in your giveaway. Quiet Thoughts is speaking to me.

Golden Glow...Last Hurrah...Love them all as they are peacefule.
Now, let me tell you...I have been noticing the acorns around here and they are not shiney at all as those in PA. I guess we have dull nuts in Georgia! Perhaps I'll snap one or two and post the dull nuts for you to compare.

Egghead said...

I love them all but I suppose if I had to pick it would be saffron paint.

I am stopping in by way of Mental P Mama--and I am so glad I did. Even without the giveaway, your work is beautiful!

Quiet Thoughts is the one that "spoke to me" immediately. Plus, it would really look nice in my livingroom **crossing fingers**.

I will be back...

Yvonne said...

They're all gorgeous but I would have to say that Golden Glow is my favorite. :)

Mental Pause sent me. These are gorgeous photos. Each one. Its too hard to choose a favorite, but I'd have to say Misty Moisty Morning. There's such a feeling of calm and relief and fresh rain smell.

Dewdrop said...

Misty Moisty Morning... how could I possibly choose one of the other fabulous prints given my nickname...? They are all wonderful. Just FYI, if I hadn't fallen in love with the dew shot, I would say Golden Glow.

Caution/Lisa said...

Mentle P sent me, too. I LOVE your art, and I LOVE your titles. Since I'm forced, I'll go with Saffron Paint.

Anonymous said...

I have to pick quiet thoughts.
It reminds me of a very lovely LOUD friend.
Besides, it's beautiful.
The fall is my favorite.

Shimmy Mom said...

Oh how could you do this to me!? How do I decide between all of your beautiful works of art.
Saffron Paint is so delicate and lovely.
Last hurrah is purple and you know how much I love purple. It calls to me.
But I have decided to to choose Quiet Thoughts.
I think it is cropped beautifully and it is unique and beautiful and something I wouldn't have thought to take a picture of myself, before I saw you do. And it is autumn and I am in a Earthy tones sort of mood. (Which leads me to ask myself, "If it were spring, would I have chosen Misty Moisty Morning?")-Oh, you made this hard.!
I will definitely link your contest on my blog. Your photos should be shared with the world. I'm going to do it right now.
*hugs*

Well, I wasn't going to enter Kate, as I didn't want you to have to pay postage to Australia..not that I might win or anything. ;-)

But then I thought that well, Joanne is right there in the US and she would love one of your paintings I am sure, so if it happened then I could give you her address.

I love them all, so anyone of them would be a pleasure and a privilege to own..blue is a popular color of ours, but then again, the others are beautiful too...argh I can't choose...eenie meenie ..

Jo likes daisies, so I'll go .."the mum"

Thanks for being so generous with your time and photos..hope your finger is better!

I love the Quiet Thoughts. It's very fallish and that's my favorite time of year plus I got hit on the head the other day with an acorn right before one hit my car and sounded like a gunshot so I think I'm just supposed to pick that one.
