My life in sepia

It’s late as I write this and my favorite show will soon be airing. I became a Lost junkie during the second or third season and now ~ well you know how it goes with addictions such as this.

Rather than write a long and thought-provoking post (as if), I decided to share some photos I processed tonight using sepia tones. In fact, for all of these photos, I used pretty much the same processing which I’ll point out at the end .

I love how this photo looks in sepia and want to print it on something large and hang it against a wall painted robin’s egg blue.

I just do.

Here it is in color.

I love how different this one looks.

I like how the sepia tones rendered this one but think I prefer it in color.

I posted the color photo of this one yesterday on my Picture A Day blog and like them both equally.

I can’t forget Georgie boy here, aka the Black & White, aka Monsieur Le Pup Pup (are you gagging yet?) What can I say? It’s what I call him.

I’m still reading through your answers to yesterday’s Q&A. It’s fun.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For all of today’s photos (except George), I used the following actions: Kevin Kubota’s Chocolate Syrup (either 1 or 2), Pioneer Woman’s Boost and MCP’s Burnt Edges I.
Uh-oh. The Singing Survivor Show is ending. And my guy Lee just blew my girl Crystal out of the water.That means that Lost is starting. And I'm just in time.
Until tomorrow, then . . .
Love the sepia (especially the dandelion)! I'm a Lost fan too but my apartment mates grab the tv for Glee on Tuesdays so I end up watching a week late every time.
I have been predicting a Lee/Crystal combo at the end, since day one......if we could only get rid of fat boy.....sorry.
I get carried away.
You can see I am addicted to Singing Survivor.
I love the sepia window pic.....
And NO, I am not gagging...he is a sweet pup, and you can call him as many goofy names as you want.
We have Eddy Ed head, bubba boy, sweet boy, oh god, the list goes on.
I posted a dandelion study today too. I laughed out loud when I saw the first pic. We think too much alike some times ;0)
I love Lost. Love it.
But I haven't watched it all season because I have a night class on Tuesdays. Instead, I have them all DVR'ed and am going to go crazy watching it in a few weeks. :)
I am not addicted to Lost or Glee or Survivor - we don't get most of those shows! I am addicted to Grey's Anatomy however. As last night's rushed post will indicate. Heh.
Gorgeous sepias.
Oooo, I love all of those! I think the lilac is my fave, although the witch hazel (or whatever it is) in the vase is beautiful, too.
Isn't Photoshop wonderful? Do you remember when I couldn't figure out how to open a photo in PS?!
Lost is recorded and we watch tonite so we can FF through commercials .. whee ... I get so depressed when ABC does a LOST FINAL SEASON promo ..
I like all those photos, I prefer most of them in color but thats not a reflection on you, I am not a big fan of sepia ...
Lost did a good job of jerking my emotions around last nite..a 'good job'..how bout you? Do you think 'smoky' and the doc will be left on the island and everyone else will get to live happily ever-after in the flash sideways?..I sure like the John L. character, his face is fun to watch.
I'll just add to the other comments about the sepia window. Lovely - a soft dreamy look. Hey, I missed the questions yesterday and it wasn't even Friday.
You should sell that first photo. It's outstanding.
The images are gorgeous. I especially like the dandelion image. I've been on a dandelion photo kick ever since last year. hehe
George is quite handsome. I have three Border Collies (all rescues) and they all have several nicknames and they answer to each and every name. (The youngest answers to Doodles... which is short for puppy-doodles. LOL)
Lee and Crystal have been my faves since the beginning. Lee... oh Lee... that boy could sing to me all day long... and that crooked little half-grin. *sigh*
