Beautiful day

I found some pictures on my camera disk tonight, and some of them are great! It looks as though my husband was outside for quite awhile today, playing with George. I haven't seen him to talk to since I left for work this morning, and I got home really late due to a hair appointment after school. AfterI got home and had a bite to eat, I sat down at the computer and looked at all the pictures he'd taken today.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to take a picture of a dog catching a frisbee in mid-air? And do you know how hard it must be to be the one doing the throwing AND the photographing?

Just looking at these pictures makes me happy. Look at this beautiful pup!

And I'm especially glad because my husband's coordination is certainly not lacking. This, in and of itself, is wonderful.

That's all I've got for tonight, my friends.

Until tomorrow, then . . .

So sweet! Both the capture and your husband's healing progress.

It's wonderful to see that your husband is enjoying your pup and the camera. I give him two thumbs up for being able to do both simultaneously - and so well too. I wish him continued healing.

Wow, I can't even get a noon-blurry pic of our cat, and she isn't nearly as quick as George must be. Beautiful captures!

Ah, what a wonderful thing to see at the end of a long and busy day. To see that your husband was out and about having fun with the dog must have really lifted your spirits - if they were at all down. So glad to hear he's coming along well.

I'm so glad to hear your husband is doing well. I think George would life anyone's spirits.

You know what is really cool? To look at the house in the background of the picture with George, and then to scroll down and look at it in the pictures you found in the attic!

I meant lift. But you knew that. I am terrible for tpyos, ptyos, typos... *heh*

What great pictures he took. That is especially hard to capture. The only time I've been lucky enough was just that "pure luck" on my part.

what wonderful pictures...your husband must be recovering well to be able to take such great pictures...I know i couldn't throw a frisbee at Boo then be able to focus in a camera quick enough to get him in med air..It must make you very happy to see that...I don't even know your husband and it makes me happy to see he's doing so well...

These are fun pix! Our Ralphy used to LOVE to catch the frisbee like that. Fond memories. Nice to see your husband and George were enjoying themselves! :^)

Ahhh... photos of Georgie always melt my heart. However, Kady is still smarting from George's rebuff of her marriage proposal. She keeps a picture of him taped to the wall near her basket in the hope that someday Georgie will change his mind. I'm glad your hubs is doing so well, Kate. Miracles happen every day if only we open our eyes to see them.

A hair appointment? As I was clicking over here I was thinking of your hair. Do you know, that's what drew me here that first day. You are spritely, magical. And I do see you. I see you in my grocery store. I'm stopping to say hello. To tell you I think of you often. Hope that might help if only a little. I see you.

Great photos! Sometimes it is so hard to be the photographer AND get the action shot!

George is so adorable...

The first thing I thought of was that he was taking the pictures AND throwing the frisbee - I don't even know if I could do that. Good for him!
