Bird slideshow

With apologies to those who still have dial-up (I truly am sorry), this is a slideshow of one of my Flickr sets. I just created this one, entitled ‘Birds’ and it includes 30 photos.

To view it with music, [click here] and open in a new tab or window. Then click play below.

This is my offering for today. Hope you enjoy.

Have a beautiful one.

Until tomorrow, my friends . . .

Beautiful, as always. There's just something about Cardinals that is majestic to me. What kind of bird is the one with the blue head and copper chest? Does anyone know?

That was amazing ...
You have such colors ..
My birds are well dull compared to yours ^,,^

Wonderful, love the photos! The most amazing pic to me is the cardinals walking along following Mom. Is that an oriole in one of the pics? Jeanne

I love birds, and yours are spectacular, Kate. I think my fave is the Chickadee; they are such precious little birds.

Jeanne, the cardinal with the entourage was something you don't see too often.
I posted about it here:

No, I don't think there was an oriole.

How fabulous to be sitting here this morning with a cup of coffee watching wondrous pictures of birds flashing by...I liked the turkey a great deal.

Each photo is special in its own right. That turkey just blew me away! Those colors!!!

Thank you for starting my Sunday in such a lovely way - I've looked at the slide show twice and will surely return to it again when I need a lift. We've been feeding lots of chickadees, juncos and nut hatches - the cold and snow really attracts them to our seeds.
Enjoy the rest of the day

You have the most awesome birds over there.......I sure never see anything like that here, but then I guess I really dont' bird watch either. My parents did from their porch and Mom marked all the birds she had spotted that were pictured in a book......Just lovely Kate.

Wonderful feathered beauties, Kate. And a perfect music selection. Israel K's rendition is one of my favourite songs ever.
